The present Writ Petition is filed directing the respondents to consider the

petitioners’ representation dated 09.09.2024 and to pass appropriate orders.

The case of the petitioners is that they submitted a representation dated

09.09.2024 to the respondents, seeking regularization of their services with effect from their respective dates of initial appointment to enable them to receive family pension, along with all consequential service and monetary benefits. However, the said representation has not been disposed of by the

respondents till date. Aggrieved by this inaction, the petitioners have filed the present Writ Petition.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for both sides, this Court directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 09.09.2024 seeking regularisation of their services and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There
