2.By consent of the learned counsels on both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.The writ petition is filed seeking certiorari, to quash the Eviction Notice dated 06.02.2026.

4.The perusal of the impugned notice reveals that pursuant to the order dated 25.10.2025, passed by this Court in WP.No.33438/2025, the respondents have taken action to remove the encroachment in the water body. As a consequence, the impugned notice is being issued.

5.We are unable to countenance the prayer sought in this writ petition, challenging the impugned notice of eviction, since the notice itself is the offshoot of implementing the direction of this Court, to remove the encroachment in the water body.
