)Quash the GO .Ms.No.101 School Education (Budget-1) Department dated 18.5.2018 in so far as it provides for prior permission from the 3rd respondent Chief Educational Officer for filling up of non-teaching staff in the petitioner school and the consequential proceedings of the 4th respondent District Educational officer vide proceedings in O.Mu.No. 713 / Aa2 / 2020 dated 24.09.2020 (as signed) and Na.Ka.No.2377/Aa2/2020 dated 28.11.2020 (as signed and further, to direct the third and fourth respondents to approve forthwith the appointment of Mrs.R.Chellam as B.T.Assistant (Social Science) in the petitioner-School and disburse the grant-in-aid towards her salary and allowances w.e.f. the date of her appointed viz., 01.07.2019.

ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that they have addressed a letter to the Registry dated 15.06.2026 seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition, as instructed by the petitioner.

the aforesaid letter seeking permission to withdraw the Writ Petition.

Recording the above mentioned letter addressed by the learned counsel for the petitioner to the Registry dated 15.06.2026 and also the petitioner’s letter dated 08.06.2026 expressing their desire to withdraw this Writ Petition and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
