This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents 1 to 4

2. The petitioner had submitted an application through on-line on 11.12.2025 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same was not considered by the official respondents till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice

on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4 and Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 5 and 6.

No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the respondents 3 and 4 are directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner’s property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections, if any, from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party whom they deem fit to put on notice, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:-
