This writ petition has been filed to direct the official respondents to

permit the petitioner to run bitumen mix plant in the petitioner’s land, morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.According to the petitioner, he has been granted permission to run the

bitumen mix plant in his property, but despite the same, respondents 7 and 8 are causing hindrance for the petitioner to run the bitumen mix plant in his land.

The petitioner had given a representation on 06.02.2026 to the official

respondents requesting them to prevent respondents 7 and 8 from causing hindrance to the petitioner in running the bitumen mix plant. Since the said representation has not been considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
