PRAYER – This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd Respondent to consider the petitioner’s objection dated 23.03.2026 and till such time, direct the Respondents 1 to 3 not to survey the land in S.No.210/7 situated at Kural Village, Chinna Salem Taluk, Kallakurichi District.

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief. The petitioner apprehends that her objections with regard to survey of the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this Writ Petition conducted by the 2^nd respondent may not be considered by the 2^nd respondent before completing the survey and demarcation of the boundaries.

2.Since the objection has been raised by the petitioner along with the supporting documents, necessarily, the 2^nd respondent will have to consider the petitioner’s objections raised through the petitioner’s objection letter dated 23.03.2026 and only thereafter, complete the survey and demarcation of the boundaries of the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this Writ Petition, based on the request made by the 4^th respondent. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the petitioner’s objections.

3.For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the 2^nd respondent to consider the petitioner’s objections raised through the
