This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to forthwith disburse the monthly salary due and payable to petitioner from 19.02.2024 till date along with interest at 12% together with all attendant monetary and service benefits within a time frame to be fixed by this Court,

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Advocate General has produced the proceedings of the Additional Commissioner (Revenue) dated 21.04.2026 wherein the refixation of the petitioner’s salary has been approved. In paragraph 4, it has been stated as follows:
