This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned order,

dated 28.11.2025 passed by the 2^nd respondent, forwarding the petitioner’s request for grant of patta to the Commissioner of Land Administration (1^st respondent).

Though in the writ petition several grounds have been raised questioning the impugned order, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner is not challenging the impugned order, but is only seeking a direction from this Court to the 1 st respondent to dispose of the petitioner’s representation seeking grant of patta, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if a direction is issued to the 1 st respondent to dispose of the petitioner’s representation seeking grant of patta, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner’s representation.

For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of by not interfering with the impugned order, but by directing the 1 st respondent to dispose of the petitioner’s representation seeking grant of patta in the name of the petitioner for the property morefully disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, after giving due
