By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

This writ petition has been filed for a direction, directing the Respondents to provide service road from chainage 50 to chaninage 50.4 on either side with a round-about to reach the agricultural fields as sought vide petitioners representation dated 05.02.2026.

It is the case of the petitioner that the the petitioner owns agricultural lands in Ikkadu Kandigai village, the respondent have proposed CPRR Highway

Ring Road which intercepts and blocks the said access through Red Hills-

Kalyanakuppam Union Road. It is the grievance of the petitioner that if the said access road is blocked, the ingress and egress would be affected. In this regard, the petitioner has made a representation seeking that if access to CPRR service road is permitted at Chainage 50, vehicles would have easy access to enter the service road, proceed upto Chainage 50.4 and take a turn around and reach the farm land, however, the same is pending without consideration. Hence, this writ petition.

4.The learned senior counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court

may issue a direction to the fourth respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.02.2026 within a reasonable time.

Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record.

¶33

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court without

going into the merits of the case directs the fourth respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.02.2026 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
