This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to

consider the petitioners’ representation, dated 06.10.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

The petitioner/association have made a representation, dated 06.10.2025 before the respondents seeking appointment of Computer Instructors, in view of the liberty given by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in SLP.Nos.1408/2013, 1867/2013, 1828/2013 dated 28.01.2013. Since the same has not been considered till date, the petitioner/association have filed this writ petition.

Though many grounds have been raised in this writ petition, learned

counsel for the petitioner/association submitted that it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the respondents to consider the petitioners’

representation dated 06.10.2025, as expeditiously as possible.
