By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal

at the admission stage itself. Since no adverse order is passed against the private respondents, notice to them is dispensed with.

This petition has been filed for a direction, directing the 1st to 9th

respondents to consider my representation dated 14.03.2026 and subsequently

take appropriate action against the 10th and 11th respondents and remove the electricity poles installed in my property in Survey Numbers 66/1,67/1,67/3,68/1B,70/1A,70/2A,70/2C,70/3,70/4,70/5,70/6,70/7 & 70/8

which is situated at Pullur Village, Mangalamapettai, Ulundurpet Taluk, Kallakurichi District.

It is the case of the petitioners that petitioner owns ancestral property in the subject lands and they are in possession and enjoyment of the properties without any hindrance. However, the private respondents have illegally entered their patta lands and water-course lands without any notice and had installed electricity poles, hence, the petitioner made representation which is pending without consideration till date. Hence, this writ petition.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the 6^th and 8^th respondent may be directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.03.2026 within a reasonable time as fixed by this Court.

Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record.

Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, this Court without

going into the merits of the case directs the respondents 6 and 8 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.03.2026 and pass appropriate orders on

merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
