The writ petition has been filed for the following relief:

“directing the respondents 2 and 3 to furnish all service and monetary benefits of petitioners father deceased A.Subramanian which was granted by an order dated 08.10.2007 passed in WP.No. 31747 of 2007 on the file of this Honble Court and also as per G.O.Ms.No. 543 Health and Family welfare (L1) Department dated 28.11.2025 within a stipulated period of time”

It is the case of the petitioner that his father was appointed as Vaccinator on 01.08.1966. As he had completed the sanitary Inspector Course on 01.07.1975, he is eligible for promotion as a Health Inspector Grade I from 01.07.1975 itself. While so, his father filed a writ petition in W.P.No.31747 of 2007 before this Court, seeking all attendant benefits and regularization with retrospective effect which was allowed on 08.10.2007.

2.1. Thereafter, his father died on 22.11.2021 leaving the petitioner as

legal heir. After filing several contempt petitions, the first respondent passed a government order in G.O.Ms.No.543 dated 28.11.2025, pursuant to which, the

petitioner’s father become entitled to receive all service and monetary benefits. After his death, the petitioner is entitled to receive all his monetary benefits. Hence, he sent a representation dated 09.02.2026 to the respondents 2 and 3.

Since there is no response till date, aggrieved petitioner is before this Court.

Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

A mere perusal of the records would clearly indicate the fact that the petitioner is entitled to receive his father’s benefits as per the government order G.O.Ms.No.543 dated 28.11.2025. Accordingly, this writ petition is allowed and the respondents are directed to disburse the amounts as per the orders passed in G.O.Ms.No.543 dated 28.11.2025 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
