Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the 4th Respondent by proceedings in NAKA No.2007/E/2024 dated 15.09.2025, the proceedings of the 3rd Respondent in KA No.KO15/AEE(Ra) /2025 dated 07.11.2025 ending with the proceedings of the 2nd Respondent in Letter No./KO Fishing Rights Lease /Tha 4 /2025 dated 14.11.2025 and the consequential order of the 3rd Respondent by proceedings in Letter No.KO 15/AEE(Ra) /2025 dated 04.11.2025 and quash the same and consequentially, direct the respondents 2 and 3 to conduct open Tender Cum Public Auction with respect to grating lease of fishing rights in Paruthipalli Eri (Amirthasagar) situated at Pallipalayam, Komarapalayam Taluk, Namakkal District.
