5.For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the second respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner’s application dated 19.08.2025 and the subsequent Appeal Petition dated 06.01.2026 seeking to provide certain documents, disclosed in the same under the Right to Information Act, 2005, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
