The order dated 05.02.2026 disposing of the writ petition is sought to be reviewed. The review applicant is a third party. Hence, the WMP has been filed seeking leave.

We are able to notice that the interests of the review applicant are very much involved. Therefore, before the District Collector, Sivagangai passing an order pursuant to the order dated 05.02.2026 made in W.P.(MD)No.2586 of 2026, the review applicant shall be put on notice and the objections given by the review applicant shall be taken into account. This petition is disposed of accordingly.
