This Court finds no locus standi to review the order passed by this Court in WP(MD)No.13256 of 2024, dated 04/11/2024.

2.The case of the petitioner is that he owned the subject land long back and declared as surplus subsequently in the year 1996. The respondents 1 and 2 herein filed WP(MD)No.13256 of 2024, and this Court, by order, dated 04/11/2024 allowed the same stating that they are entitled to deal with the subject property.

3.Therefore, this petition seeking to grant leave to file the review petition is

not maintainable and as such, the same is dismissed.
