Petition filed to permit the petitioner to amend the prayer as follows, FOR THE EXISTING PRAYER OF Declaring the Government of Tamil Nadu as Bankrupt, since the orders issued in G.O(2D) No.3, Co-operation, Food and Consumber Protection Department dated 10/01/2025 has not been honoured by presenting the Bill in the Pay and Accounts Office, Secretariat, Chennai 600 009 for the last 1 year. Hence, it is humbly prayed that this Honorable Court may be pleaded to direct the Respondents to Settle the amount to late TMt. K.Shivalakshmi, formerly Section Officer, Co-operation Food and Consumer protection Department, within a reasonable period as may be fixed by this Honorable Court if failed, to Declare that the Government of Tamil Naduy as Bankrupt. THE FOLLOWING PRAYER MAY BE SUBSTITUTED. Writ of Mandamus, Since the Orders issued in G.O.(2D) No.3, Co-operation, Food and Consumer Protection Department dated 10.01.2025 has not been honoured by presenting the Bill in the Pay and Accounts Office, Secretariat, Chennai 600009 for the last 1 year. Hence it is humbly prayed that this Honble Court may be pleased to direct the respondents to settle the amount to late Tmt. K.Shivalakshmi, formerly Section Officer, Cooperation, Food and Consumer Protection Department,within a reasonable period as may be fixed by this Honble Court, along with interest for the period from 01.4.2013 till the date of settlement.
