The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that out of 39 writ petitioners, already the first writ petitioner, namely, Thirumurugan has withdrawn the writ petition, therefore, by order dated 22.01.2026, the writ petition filed by the first writ petitioner was dismissed as withdrawn. Today, the learned counsel submits that, with regard to remaining 38 writ petitioners, except 8th writ petitioner, all other writ petitioners want to withdraw the writ petition. Therefore, recording the said statement, this miscellaneous petition is ordered and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn in respect of all other remaining petitioners except 8th petitioner.
