The order of this Court dated 29.08.2019 in W.P.No.28496 of 2018, which is sought to be clarified is clear that the Writ Petition was disposed of by granting liberty to the writ petitioner to give application to the Vending Committee and on receipt of the same, the Vending Committee shall take decision as expeditiously as possible.
2. This being the scope of the order passed by this Court, no further clarification needs to be considered. Consequently, the Writ Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
