This petition has been filed seeking to vacate the interim order granted in W.M.P.No.42320 of 2025 in W.P.No.37864 of 2025, dated 03.10.2025.

2.The writ petitioner had applied for the post of Anganwadi Worker and her application was scrutinised and examination was conducted following which, the writ petitioner was called for an interview and was subsequently appointed as Anganwadi Worker, Pakkampalayam in Integrated Child Development Officer, Madhanoor vide proceedings of the second petitioner dated 28.09.2017. Whileso, the writ petitioner’s appointment was put to challenge by one Ms.Susithra in W.P.No.26893 of 2017 and the writ petitioner continued to work in the same post, however, the order impugned in W.P.No.37864 of 2025 was issued to the writ petitioner. This Court on 03.10.2025 granted an interim order directing that the services of the writ petitioner shall not be disturbed till 17.10.2025.

3.In the last occasion, at the request of the learned counsel appearing for the respondent / writ petitioner, the matter was adjourned to 20.02.2026. Today, there is no representation for the respondent / writ petitioner.

4.In view of the above, the interim order granted in W.M.P.No.42320 of 2025 in W.P.No.37864 of 2025 on 03.10.2025, shall stand vacated.

5.This miscellaneous petition is ordered.
