3.The learned counsel for the respondents has an objection to the impleading petition and seeks time to file counter.

4.It is made clear that merely because the impleading petition is ordered, the averments made by the impleading petitioner will not be taken as proof and it will be open for the petitioner to file any other information relating to impleading petitioner along with the rejoinder. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
