This Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the

petitioner/workman seeking a direction to the respondent/management to pay

his last drawn wages from the date of filing of the main Writ Petition, during its pendency.

The petitioner filed this application along with an affidavit dated

11.01.2023, categorically stating that he has remained completely unemployed

and has not been gainfully employed anywhere since the date of his termination.
