This miscellaneous petition has been filed to fix an early date for hearing

the writ petition in W.P.No.36163 of 2025 for final disposal.

2.Since the pleadings are yet to be completed, this petition for fixing an

early date is premature and therefore, dismissed.

3.Post the main writ petition on 10.07.2026 finally for filing counter.

Meanwhile, the 4^th respondent shall return the original documents of the petitioner before the next hearing date.
