Hence, submitted that this Court may close this writ miscellaneous petition by granting liberty to the petitioner for filing fresh application before the revenue authority seeking for patta in terms of the decree to be passed by the Trial Court, if the petitioner succeeds.

In such view of the matter, this miscellaneous petition stands disposed

of granting liberty to the petitioner, if the petitioner succeeds in the suit, shall make a fresh application before the revenue authority claiming patta in terms of the decree to be passed by the trial Court.
