ORDER
This petition has been filed to permit the petitioner to amend the prayer in the writ petition as:-
“It is therefore prayed that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to pass an order or direction or writ in the nature of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for records and quash the proposal dated 09.07.2025 made by the 3rd respondent and consequent proceedings dated 27.01.2026 in Na.Ka.No. 003672/CPANir2/2025 made by the 6th respondent as being illegal, ultra vires and against the principles of natural justice and consequently direct the

respondents to approve the candidature of the petitioner as P.G.Assistant (History) and pass such other orders as are deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and thus render justice.”
INSTEAD OF
“It is therefore prayed that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to pass an order or direction or writ in the nature of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for records and quash the proposal dated 09.07.2025 made by the 3rd respondent seeking approval for the candidature of the 5th respondent as B.T., Assistant (History) in the school run by the respondents 3 and 4 and consequently direct the respondents to approve the candidature of the petitioner as B.T. Assistant (History) and pass such other orders as are deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and thus render justice.”
2 The learned counsel for the respondents have no objection to the
petition being ordered, accordingly this petition is ordered as prayed for.
