Learned counsel for appellant seeks to withdraw the appeal.

Learned counsel for appellant submits that TSA No.02 of

2026, which was transferred from Debts Recovery Tribunal, Coimbatore to Debts Recovery Tribunal, Madurai, is pending for long time and therefore, seeks direction to expedite the hearing of TSA No.02 of 2026.

In view of the above, appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with direction to the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Madurai to hear TSA No.02 of 2026 as expeditiously as possible. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the interim application is also dismissed.
