The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to withdraw the case in D.V.C.No.3 of 2025 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Tiruchendur and transfer the same to the Judicial Magistrate Court, Tambaram, Chengalpattu District.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and she has also made an endorsement to that effect. Permission is granted.

In view of the above, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
