The petitioner is the wife in the above said matrimonial proceedings

and in her affidavit filed in support of the transfer petition she has stated that a minor child is in her custody and she is unable to travel all the way from the place of her residence at Mogappair, Thiruvallur District to Ambasamuthiram.

The respondent, despite having entered appearance through counsel and sufficient opportunity having been given to him for filing counter, till date he has not come forward to contest this transfer petition.

I have gone through affidavit filed in support of the petitioner and I am satisfied that the petitioner has made out sufficient and just cause for seeking transfer as prayed for.

Accordingly, this transfer civil miscellaneous petition is allowed and the proceedings in HMOP No.79 of 2025 is withdrawn from the file of Sub Court, Ambasamudram and transferred the same to the file of Sub Court, Ambattur.
