The learned counsel for the respondent would contend that on 24.03.2026, evidence on the petitioner’s side was closed and the matter was posted on 02.04.2026 for the respondent side evidence. At request of the learned counsel for the respondent / wife, matter was posed to 08.04.2026 and thereafter to 17.04.2026 and it was also assured that on the same day, the counsel for the husband is ready to examine the petitioner / wife.
