This Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent No.2., to provide adequate police protection for the peaceful conduct of the General Body Meeting of Karimsha Jumma Mosque (Registration No. 105), scheduled to be held on 12.07.2026 at the mosque premises situated at Munichalai Road, Madurai, based on the petitioner’s representation dated 16.06.2026.

The learned Government Advocate submitted that enquiry has

been conducted on the petitioner’s representation and the same was closed, recording the statement given by the petitioner that no further action is necessary.

Heard either sides and carefully perused the materials available on record. Since no adverse order is proposed to be passed as against the third respondent, notice to the third respondent is dispensed with.
