On earlier occasion, viz., 14.10.2025, there was no representation for the appellant, therefore, this Court, ordered fresh notice to the correct address of the appellant. Again, on 05.12.2025, when the cases were taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the appellant, hence this Court directed to post the matters under the caption ‘For Dismissal’ on 10.12.2025. On 10.12.2025 also, there was no representation for the appellant, again this Court directed to post on 06.01.2026 under the same caption.

Today, viz., 06.01.2026, when the appeals are taken up for hearing,

again, none appears for the appellant and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 4, 6 and 7 are present, therefore, the present appeals are dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
