JUDGMENT

When the second appeal came up for hearing on 01.06.2026, there was no representation for the appellants in the forenoon as well as in the afternoon. Hence, in order to give an opportunity to the appellants, Registry was directed

to list the matter today (03.06.2026) under the caption “for dismissal”.

Even today, there is no representation for the appellants. Hence, the

second appeal stands dismissed for default. No costs.
