This Second Appeal has been filed praying to set aside the judgment and

decree passed by the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Tindivanam, in A.S.No.18 of 2007 on July 30,2009, reversing the judgment and decree passed by the learned Additional District Munsif of Tindivanam in O.S.No.415 of 2001 on November 27, 2006.

When the matter is taken up today, Ms.G.Sudha, learned Counsel for
