This Second Appeal has been filed praying to set aside the Judgment and Decree dated October 29, 2010 made in A.S.No. 661 of 2007 passed by the learned VI Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, by reversing the Judgment and Decree dated August 27, 2007 made in O.S.No. 3630 of 2006 passed by the learned VI Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai.
