(Order of the Court was delivered by C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J.)

The only ground on which the review petitions are filed with respect to a common order dated 25.10.2021 made in WA(MD)Nos.987 and 1004 of 2021, is that the land where the respondent is running a school, belongs to the review applicant herein / Government. But however, it is seen that the suit for declaration filed by the respondent has been decreed and the successive appeals filed by the review applicant herein have failed. Naturally, that issue has now attained finality.
