It has been admitted to by the learned counsel for the applicant that the

film “RTI” starring Varalakshmi Sarathkumar, Rajendra Prasad and others had already been released as early as in the year 2025.

In ivew of the same, there cannot be any interim injunction restraining

the respondents from exhibiting or exploiting the film. However, the learned counsel for the applicant is at liberty to take necessary steps to call for the accounts with regard to the said film from the defendants.

With the aforesaid liberty, the application stands closed. No costs.
