This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to secure and produce the person or body of the detenue, who is the daughter of the petitioner and to set her at liberty.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the detenue was present before this Court and she stated that her date of birth is 19.01.2008 and that she got married to one Anand Selvam and that she wants to continue to live along with him.

In the light of the above, no further orders can be passed in this

petition. Hence, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
