This is the second Habeas Corpus Petition filed challenging the detention order, dated 12.08.2025.

We carefully considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State of TN (Crl.Side) appearing on behalf of the respondents.

We do not find any fresh ground to entertain this Habeas Corpus Petition. This Court has already considered the case on merits while dismissing the earlier HCP(MD) No.1349 of 2025, dated 18.02.2026 and
