This Habeas Corpus Petition has been instituted by the father of the

detenu seeking production of Raja, aged 35 years who was not found since 13.07.2025.

Mr.S.Raja Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that the

detenu has been secured. The detenu, who has been produced before this Court today, has tendered an explanation that he had voluntarily left the home on account of financial troubles.

Recording the aforesaid, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
