This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed by the mother of the detenu seeking
her production on the ground that she apprehends that her daughter Muthu Anusuya may be illegally detained by R3. She also alleges that the police had not attended with proper urgency to her complaint regarding her daughter being missing.
2.When the matter is called today, detenu and R3 are produced and they state that they have been married in the temple on 10.06.2006. The date of birth of the detenu is 25.08.2007 and she categorically asserts that she has voluntarily left from parental home and is not interested to return to her home. Recording
the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
