JUDGMENT

This Civil Suit has been filed praying to grant Permanent Injunction restraining the Defendants, their men, agents, successors-in-business and interest, assigns, representatives, servants, employees or any person claiming through or under them from in any manner interfering with the Plaintiff’s peaceful enjoyment and possession of the Scheduled mentioned property and filing false complaints, letters, statements, proceedings as against the Plaintiff.

2.When this matter is taken up for hearing, both the learned counsels for the plaintiff and the defendants are present and submits that the matter has been settled between the parties and a Memorandum of Compromise, dated 17.03.2026 duly signed by all the parties and their respective counsels, has been filed. It is further submitted that the copy of the decree may be transmitted to the Sub-Registrar 3/8

3.In view of the above, this Civil Suit is disposed of in terms of the memorandum of compromise dated 17.03.2026. The memorandum of compromise dated 17.03.2026 shall form part of the decree and Judgment. Registry is directed to communicate a copy of the decree to the Chennai South Joint I, Sub-Registrar Office. Consequently, connected applications or original applications, if any stand closed.
