This Civil Suit has been filed seeking to grant a relief for specific performance of the agreement for sale dated 07/08/2024 executed by the defendants 1 to 3 herein by directing the defendants 1 to 3 herein to execute and register the sale deed(s) in favour of the plaintiffs or their nominees and in default the sale deed be executed and registered by an officer of this Honble court in favour of the plaintiffs or their nominees for the suit schedule B property.
2.It is seen from the records that earlier, this Court, on 02.04.2026 had
referred the matter to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras. 2/4
