2.This Court, vide order dated 29.01.2026, had directed the learned

Subordinate Judge, Pattukkottai, to send a year wise pendency report of the pending suits and in compliance of the same, the learned Subordinate Judge, Pattukkottai, had sent a report vide proceedings D.No.96/2026, dated 05.02.2026, annexing the breakup details with regard to the pendency of the cases from the year 1980 to 2026, which was addressed to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. From the perusal of the same, it is seen that the total number of pending cases is 1623 and the pendency of the cases in the year 2025 is 440.
