This Civil Revision Petition is filed to set aside the order dated

At the admission stage, the petitioner also obtained interim stay and it is in force till today.

The learned counsel for the first respondent submits that let the stay order may continue and the Tribunal may be directed to dispose the main second appeal within the stipulated time.
