This Civil Revision Petition seeks for expeditious disposal of I.A.No.3 of 2025 in I.A.No.228 of 2015 in O.S.No.684 of 2009 pending

on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Thirumangalam.

When the matter came up for admission on 20.04.2026, I called for a report from the learned Subordinate Judge, Thirumangalam. He has sent a report dated 20.05.2026 stating that he will dispose of O.S.No.684 of 2009 within a period of nine months. Consequently, the learned Subordinate Judge, Thirumangalam is requested to dispose of O.S.No. 684 of 2009 within a period of nine (9) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
