This Civil Revision petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned District Munsif, Tambaram to dispose of the I.A.No.5 of 2024 in O.S.No.149 of 2023 pending on his file.

It is not disputed that the first respondent herein/plaintiff filed the above said suit for permanent injunction against the petitioner and others. Pending suit, the petitioner filed an application in I.A.No.5 of 2024 seeking rejection of plaint on 19.01.2024. A perusal of the e-courts status filed in the typed set of papers would indicate that counter of the contesting first respondent/ plaintiff has not been filed till date in the said application.

Taking into consideration that the petition seeking rejection of plaint has been filed as early as on 19.01.2024 and the contesting first respondent/ plaintiff failed to file counter till date, this court is inclined to direct the learned Trial Judge to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.149 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible.
