Pursuant to the direction issued by this Court on 09.02.2026, Mr.A.Anandan, learned Government Advocate produced the proceedings in B2/e-1467900/2025 dated 15.07.2025 which evidences the fact that the relevant records which are now sought for are not available. Therefore, I do not see any purpose in entertaining the civil revision petition.

In the light of the civil revision petition is dismissed. The appellate

authority shall dispose of RCA No.406 of 2019 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
