3.The petitioner is the 1^st defendant in the suit in O.S.No.123 of 2024 and the 1^st respondent is the plaintiff.

. 4. The suit has been filed for permanent injunction. According to the petitioner, he has been unnecessarily arrayed as a party defendant in the suit by the 1^st respondent/plaintiff. Therefore he seeks for early disposal of the suit in O.S.No.123 of 2024.

The suit is already in the stage of trial. No prejudice will be caused to

any of the parties if a direction is issued to the learned District Munsif, Perundurai to dispose of the suit in O.S. No.123 of 2024 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.
