The Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order passed by the Principal District Judge, Salem/ First Appellate Court in I.A.No.2 of 2023 in C.M.A.No.6 of 2021, dated 03.01.2024 dismissing the application filed by the petitioner and 2^nd respondent herein seeking to set aside the exparte order passed against them on 26.07.2021 in main appeal in C.M.A.No.6 of 2021.

The learned counsel appearing for the 1^st respondent submits that the main appeal in C.M.A.No.6 of 2021 was disposed of on 12.02.2026. The learned counsel for the 1^st respondent also produced a copy of e-court status before this Court.
