3.The petitioner who is the wife filed H.M.O.P.No.46 of 2023 before the Sub Court, Polur, Tiruvannamalai, seeking for dissolution of marriage with the respondent who is her husband. H.M.O.P.No.46 of 2023 is now in the stage of cross examination of P.W.1 and is posted for hearing on 03.08.2026.

in the year 2023, the petitioner seeks for early disposal of H.M.O.P. No.46 of 2023, through this Civil Revision Petition.

No prejudice will be caused to any of the parties if a direction is issued

to Sub Court, Polur, Thiruvannamalai to dispose of H.M.O.P. No.46 of 2023 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

6.After giving due consideration to the year of H.M.O.P and the present stage of H.M.O.P., this Court directs the Sub Court, Polur to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.46 of 2023, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7.Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondent, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.
